A national census workflow needed native mobile applications with offline support and complex form rules based on changing specifications.

Led native mobile development for Android and iOS, turning extensive requirements into offline-capable app behavior.

Implemented large form workflows from detailed and changing specifications.

Built validation and form logic into the apps instead of depending only on server validation.
