I created both native applications for census of Slovak Republic of 2021.
Respectively iOS and Android native applications as leading developer later supported by other developers.

Together with Slovak Statistical Office and company Plaut s.r.o we build and was fine-tuning for months both applications based on requirements and multiple changes in specifications. Project was a success used by whole population of Slovakia.

Apps had offline support and own database updated from supplied CSV files and online services, extensive form logic based on extensive specifications build into the apps not validated on server, for offline usage too.
