I made two Android applications similar to Uber, one for taxi driver, one for taxi clients, for small taxi service startup company.
Project was unsuccessful in the end due to them to be unable to obtain necessary licences and investment.
It was working, for initial version well, they just could not start it up for general usage and gave up.
