These applications were made for QualityUnit, for their flagship product Live Agent. It was quite simple in principle, but there were difficulties with api with Live agent server backend, that was not made or prepared for extensions like this, and it was hard to predict how much time and money, will development cost in the end. I was in house developer for QualityUnit before, but we have some misunderstandings with one of the owners of company, that led to slow stopping of all cooperation with him and company and this app took it badly.
iOS version was actually released, and I delivered Android version too, but anger on me in mr.Harsany was so big that he didn't pay me and later hired in house / on site developers, to work on these applications again from scratch.
